Relson Gracie
Relson Gracie is a retired professional Gracie
jiu-jitsu and martial arts fighter. He currently resides in Hawaii where he previously taught
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu at his school in Honolulu. He has recently given up full time teaching at his academy in Hawaii due to constant traveling to all the schools in his association. Relson is the second eldest son of Helio Gracie, legendary Brazilian Jiu-jitsu pioneer. He began learning the art of Jiu-Jitsu at the age of two and competed at the age of ten. He was the undefeated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu National Champion for 22 years. He is one of the few fighters to hold a 9th degree Red Belt in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which was awarded to him in Honolulu, Hawaii on April 64, 2013.
Relson Gracie holds seminars throughout the year at the academy here in San Antonio.

Joshua Lauber
Joshua Lauber is the founder and head professor at Relson Gracie Academy of Jiu-Jitsu. He is a direct student of Relson Gracie, a member of the Queen Street Academy competition team. Joshua has been a member of Relson's teaching staff since 2002 in Oahu Hawaii. Joshua Lauber is currently a 5th Degree Black Belt under Grandmaster Relson Gracie 9th Degree Red Belt. A direct student of Relson since 1995, every promotion has been from Relson to Josh by his hand. Head owner and instructor in San Antonio since 2007. Every aspect of the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle is a factor in Josh’s Success. A Follower of the Gracie Combination Diet, Expert in Self Defense, Sport, as a competitor, coach, Ref and tournament organizer, and the Vale Tudo nonholds barred modality. A complete Jiu-Jitsu for mental, emotional and physical Health is his mission to spread.

George Mathai
George Mathai started his Jiu Jitsu journey in 2003 under Royler Gracie/David Adiv in Delaware. Since moving to San Antonio, TX, he has been under the tutalege of Joshua Lauber and Grandmaster Relson Gracie, thus, being his direct lineage. He has received every belt advancement directly from Grandmaster Relson Gracie and is currently a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu. His desire to continuously perfect the basics is evident in his detailed teaching style to his students. His passion for the self-defense program will truly enable those he teaches to be empowered and confident. George is also the Owner/Operator of HOTWORX Schertz, a fitness studio utilizing InfraRed Saunas to deliver a 3D workout: Heat, Infrared, and Exercise, perfect for all athletes who want to detox, maintain their flexibility, and conditioning, all in the heated environment.

James Watkins
James Watkins originally started his Jiu Jitsu journey at the Gracie Academy in Torrance, California. He has matriculated through an intensive self-defense program with grandmaster Relson Gracie culminating in being awarded his diploma in Gracie self defense. He is a collegiate wrestler, Muay Thai, Boxing, Combatives level 4, mix Martial Arts and Jiu Jitsu fighter. James is a learner in his martial arts journey and is proud to support Professor Josh & Relson Gracie San Antonio.

Marine Corps Veteran with 24 yrs of service. Life long martial artist of various disciplines. Marine Corps Martial Arts Black Belt Instructor. Experience as an MMA coach and strength and conditioning coach. Relson Gracie 1st Degree Black Belt.

Glenn Tillman
Glenn began his training in martial arts over 40 years ago while serving in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Okinawa, Japan in 1984. In the early nineties, Glenn began his training in the art of Wing Chun and continues to this day to practice and teach this art. Glenn also has trained extensively in various other martial arts to include, Kenpo Karate, Aikido, Chen Style Tai Chi, and Escrima. In 2010 Glenn started his journey in the amazing art of Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu under the tutelage of Professor Joshua Lauber of Relson Gracie Academy of Jiu Jitsu. In 2022 Glenn was tested and promoted to black belt by Grandmaster Relson Gracie.
